Not only did we find facilities open at this Seasonal time, we found all of the staff friendly and most helpful despite being at work when I am sure they would rather be at home!! We found the hotel clean, the room palatial and extremely comfortable and we left our car in the safety of the secure car park whilst away. In all we had a very pleasurable experience staying at the Radisson Heathrow hotel and would definitely go again and have no hesitation in recommending to others."
